  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, oat flour, salt, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until well mixed. Press into an 8×8 greased baking dish to form the base.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine berries, maple syrup, and water. Mash until softened and stir in cornstarch. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened; cool.
  4. In another bowl, mix oats, oat flour, almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to create the crumble topping.
  5. Layer the berry mixture over the base and sprinkle with crumble topping. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow cooling completely before cutting into squares.
