- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
- 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, oat flour, salt, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until well mixed. Press into an 8×8 greased baking dish to form the base.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine berries, maple syrup, and water. Mash until softened and stir in cornstarch. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened; cool.
- In another bowl, mix oats, oat flour, almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to create the crumble topping.
- Layer the berry mixture over the base and sprinkle with crumble topping. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
