- 6 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
- Oil spray (olive oil or avocado oil)
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 3/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Husk and clean the corn, cutting each ear into 3-4 bite-sized pieces.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place corn pieces in the basket in a single layer and lightly spray with oil.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, flip the corn, spritz again with oil, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Continue cooking for another minute or two until golden brown.
- Melt butter in a bowl and whisk in Cajun seasoning until smooth.
- Toss hot corn in the Cajun butter mixture until evenly coated and serve immediately with ranch dressing.
