Ingredients
- 2 pounds strawberries (washed and sliced)
- 1–1/2 cups blueberries (washed)
- 3.4 ounces Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 16 ounces whipped topping
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 14.4-ounce box of graham crackers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the instant pudding with cold milk and whisk until thickened.
- Fold in 12 ounces of whipped topping until well mixed, then add softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
- Spread a spoonful of whipped topping in a 9" x 13" casserole dish and layer with graham crackers.
- Top with one-third of the cream cheese mixture followed by rows of strawberries and blueberries.
- Repeat layering with more graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, and berries; finish with another layer of graham crackers.
