  • 3/4 cup white granulated sugar

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh cherries (washed, pitted, and quartered)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until just combined. Fold in both types of chocolate chips and cherries.
  5. Scoop out dough onto prepared cookie sheets, spacing them out for spreading.
  6. Bake for 13–15 minutes until edges look set but centers remain slightly underbaked.
