  • 4 large burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 3 cups shredded cheese of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your griddle to medium heat and add cooking oil.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and BBQ seasoning; cook for about 6 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Stir in BBQ sauce and hot honey; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. On the griddle, lay out each tortilla; sprinkle half the cheese on one side, add chicken mixture, drizzle with more BBQ sauce and hot honey, then top with remaining cheese.
  5. Fold tortillas over and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
