  • 1/4 cup Musselman's apple butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 24 soft caramels (cut in half)
  • 12 oz vanilla almond bark (6 squares)
  • 1 tsp apple pie spice

Instructions

  1. Finely crush the Golden Oreos using a food processor.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, apple butter, and apple pie spice until well mixed.
  3. Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture into your hands; place half a caramel in the center and roll into a ball.
  4. Chill truffles on parchment paper for 15 minutes in the freezer or 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  5. Melt almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth; dip each truffle fully into the melted coating.
  6. Sprinkle crushed Oreo crumbs on top before the coating hardens.
  7. Allow to set completely before serving.
