- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup pepperoncini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons

- 1 tbsp red apple vinegar

Instructions
- Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans, cannellini beans, and kidney beans under cold water.
