  • 12 medium to large strawberries
  • 12 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries, then slice them in half lengthwise while keeping the stems intact.
  2. Lightly score a triangle shape in the center of each strawberry and scoop out some flesh using a small spoon or melon baller.
  3. Drain the strawberries cut side down on paper towels for a few minutes.
  4. Arrange the prepared strawberries on a deviled egg platter.
  5. In a bowl, mix the whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag or Ziploc bag.
  6. Pipe the filling into each strawberry half and garnish with graham cracker crumbs and sprinkles before serving.
