Ingredients
- 2 cans Crescent Roll Dough
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (chopped)
- 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed, excess moisture squeezed out)
- 2 tablespoons onion (finely diced)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine artichoke hearts, thawed spinach, onion, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and salt until smooth.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place about one tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll from wide to narrow.
- For bunny ears, cut two small slits at the top of each rolled crescent before baking; pull apart gently.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
