- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter, cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar (for glaze)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)
- 2–5 teaspoons milk or water (for glaze)
Instructions
