  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add melted butter and mix well. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream; mix until combined. Pour over the crust.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes until set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center. Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating.
  5. Once chilled, top with blueberries and sliced strawberries. For extra shine, drizzle warm jam over the berries.
