  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon chili paste

Instructions

  2. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).

  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers with space between each piece.
  5. Grill skewers for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
