  • 2 lbs Ground beef
  • 4 oz Feta cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chopped basil
  • 2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Beef stock
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup Chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, feta cheese, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Form the mixture into 14 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties until desired doneness, cooking in batches if necessary.
  4. Remove patties and drain excess grease from the skillet.
  5. Deglaze the pan with beef stock and scrape up any bits.
  6. Whisk in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, green onions, and tomato paste until combined; season with salt and pepper.
  7. Return patties to skillet and coat them in the sauce.
  8. Serve garnished with additional green onions if desired.
