  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, minced or 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, minced and lightly packed or 4 teaspoons dried parsley
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, minced and lightly packed or 4 teaspoons dried basil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk in olive oil and minced garlic.
  2. Stir in the chopped fresh herbs until well mixed.
  3. Place chicken in a large bowl or ziplock bag. Pour marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated. Seal and refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat your grill on high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill.
  5. Grill each side for about 5-6 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
