- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (ensure it's alcohol-free)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, minced or 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, minced and lightly packed or 4 teaspoons dried parsley
- ¼ cup fresh basil, minced and lightly packed or 4 teaspoons dried basil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk in olive oil and minced garlic.
- Stir in the chopped fresh herbs until well mixed.
- Place chicken in a large bowl or ziplock bag. Pour marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated. Seal and refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours.
