- 2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar-free sweetener for jelly filling
- 1/2 teaspoon konjac gum powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice for jelly filling
- 1/4 teaspoon flavor extract for jelly filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, mix egg yolks with protein powder, almond flour, cream cheese, and sweetener until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip egg whites until frothy; add cream of tartar and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites.
- Spoon batter onto the prepared baking tray, creating wells for the jelly.
- Bake for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
- For filling, mix konjac gum and sweetener in boiling water; add lemon juice and flavor extract.
