- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup butter (cut into 8 pieces)
- 1¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour (for filling)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp lime zest
- ⅓ cup fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 11×7-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- For the crust, combine 1 cup of flour, powdered sugar, salt, and butter in a food processor. Pulse until crumbly. Press into the prepared pan and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.
