  • 12 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts along with green food coloring.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until combined.
  4. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
