  • 1 box favorite brownie mix + ingredients it calls for (usually oil, eggs & water)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip or similar)
  • 1 cup M&M's®

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven as per the brownie mix instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix with oil, eggs, and water; pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Bake according to package directions until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, and confectioners sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
  5. Once brownies have cooled completely, spread the peanut butter whip evenly on top and sprinkle with M&M's®.
  6. Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
