  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 24 vegan marshmallow Peeps
  • 2 cups M&M's (preferably in Easter colors)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 baking pan with tin foil and grease it lightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well blended.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes, then chop the Peeps while the cake bakes.
  5. Remove the cake from the oven and quickly sprinkle chopped Peeps over the warm surface.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5-6 minutes until the Peeps are toasted.
  7. Sprinkle M&M's over the top while still warm.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
