- 150 g chocolate chips

- Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C Fan) and line a 9×9 inch baking tin with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate, butter, and caster sugar over low heat until smooth.
- Allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes before adding eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
- Mix in plain flour and cocoa powder until just combined.
- Gently fold in two-thirds of the raspberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tin, sprinkle with remaining raspberries and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until soft but set in the center. Let cool completely before slicing.
