- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 ounces whipped topping (thawed)
- 6 ounce blue mixed berry Jell-O
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 4 cups boiling water (divided)
- 6 ounce raspberry Jell-O
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat softened cream cheese and 3/4 cup granulated sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the cooled crust and chill for 30 minutes.
- Prepare blue Jell-O with boiling water; let cool before pouring over blueberries on the cream layer. Chill for 2-4 hours until set.
- Spread remaining cream mixture on top, chill again for another 30 minutes.
- Prepare raspberry Jell-O similarly; pour over fresh raspberries on the cream layer. Chill for an additional 2-4 hours before serving.
