- 3 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons matcha (sifted)
Instructions
- Prepare the dough by mixing warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and yeast in a stand mixer. Let it sit until foamy.
- Add eggs, vanilla, flour, salt, and ground freeze-dried strawberries; mix until a soft dough forms. Knead until smooth.
- Allow the dough to rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size (1–2 hours).
- Cook chopped strawberries with sugar, water, and cornstarch over medium heat until thickened; let cool.
