- 1 package instant dry yeast (2¼ tsp)
- ⅓ cup ube halaya jam
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup softened cream cheese (for frosting)
- 2 tbsp softened unsalted butter (for frosting)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (for frosting)

Instructions
- Combine warm milk and yeast in a stand mixer bowl; let sit.
- Add egg, butter, and sugar; mix until well combined.
- Gradually incorporate salt and flour; knead until slightly sticky.
- Proof the dough in a greased bowl for about 30 minutes until doubled.
- Prepare filling by mixing butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and ube halaya jam.
- Roll out the dough, spread the filling evenly, then roll tightly into a log.
- Cut into rolls and place in a greased baking pan; allow to rise again for another 30 minutes.
- Pour heavy cream over rolls and bake at 350°F for 21–23 minutes until golden brown.
